Billing Analyst Jr

Responsibilities

• Analyze and control the billing process to ensure information consistency, reliability, and compliance with fiscal and sector legislation
• Monitor performance and manage indicators to ensure revenue and reduce commercial and financial losses
• Detect non-conformities impacting billing release and coordinate regularization with responsible areas
• Implement special billing concessions and manage judicial demand requests, including special conditions from injunctions
• Support the development of process automation and improvements using digital software to increase workflow agility and quality
• Audit and control billing processes and manage invoice messaging registration

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of digital applications such as Power Apps and Power Automate
• Knowledge of programming languages or databases, specifically Python or SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with process automation
• Experience developing solutions through programming languages and applications
• Understanding of billing workflows and commercial procedures for distributed generation
