Billing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage electronic invoicing processes, including mass billing and the generation of payment complements.
• Handle tax data updates, cancellations, re-invoicing, and the generation of credit notes.
• Utilize electronic invoicing portals and financial/accounting ERP systems to maintain accurate records.
• Provide high-quality customer service regarding billing inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Administration (Título and Cédula are indispensable).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing assistance, mass billing, and tax data updates.
• Deep knowledge of Facturación 4.0 and SAT regulations.
• Proficiency in financial/accounting ERP systems.
• Intermediate level of Office or Gsuite (Spreadsheets, Presentations, and Documents).
• Availability for a flexible schedule and ability to travel.
