Bilingual Workforce Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Meet temporary help and training needs for major clients
• Deliver high quality service to customers and temporary employees
• Develop and retain business through outstanding customer service
• Monitor employee attendance
• Process and assist with Workers Compensation claims
• Reconcile invoices from all vendors
• Perform administrative tasks and support the overall mission

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• High School diploma
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience or 3-5 years of customer service experience
• Proven leadership success in a managerial role
• Experience with background checks, I-9, and E-Verify
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Availability for Monday-Friday, weekends for OT, and check-ins for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
• Ability to visit the Romeoville office once a week
