Bilingual Technical and Industrial Projects Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute daily and weekly industrial project activities
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers to define project scope
• Manage project milestones, inspection hours, and monthly billing processes
• Review technical specifications, purchase orders, and inspection reports for accuracy
• Ensure availability and calibration of necessary equipment
• Track project invoices, billing status, and close-out documentation
• Provide technical support to the sales team regarding service offerings
• Lead and provide guidance to team members and indirect reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, metallurgy, industrial engineering, or a related technical field
• Over 3 years of experience in industrial project coordination or management
• Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Canadian Welding Bureau welding inspector qualification
• PMP or related project management certification
• Knowledge of machining, coating inspection, and non-destructive testing (NDT)
• Experience with quality standards and QA/QC procedures
