Bilingual Talent Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates
• Perform resume searches and recruit candidates to fulfill client orders
• Conduct interviews and match employee skill sets to customer hiring needs
• Assist in the development of business leads and retention of current clientele
• Act as a professional liaison between temporary associates and clients
• Conduct service calls and outside sales calls to obtain new business partnerships
• Implement and manage marketing programs for the assigned branch
• Recruit, train, and retain temporary associates while resolving complaints

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to customer sites as needed
• Ability to work effectively independently and in a group setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Previous experience in human resources or the service industry
