Bilingual Talent Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates
• Perform resume searches and recruit candidates to fulfill client orders
• Conduct interviews and match employee skill sets to customer hiring needs
• Assist in business lead development and retention of current clientele
• Act as a professional liaison between temporary associates and clients
• Conduct service calls and outside sales calls to obtain new business partnerships
• Implement marketing programs for sales calls and public relations
• Recruit, train, and coach temporary associates to ensure quality performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems or complaints from associates and customers

Requirements

• Must be able to read, speak, and write in English and Spanish
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to travel to various locations and customer sites with reliable transportation
• Ability to work effectively independently and in a group setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Previous experience in sales, human resources, or the service industry
