About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and digital support to students at the Santa Fe campus.
- Manage and follow up on academic requests such as certificates, academic histories, and transcripts.
- Guide students through administrative processes, including enrollment and MiTec portal access.
- Assist and orient students during course registration sessions to resolve scheduling doubts.
- Participate in additional projects to improve user experience, such as technology, AI, design, or video tutorials.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura concluida).
- 2+ years of experience in academic services or customer service.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Proficiency in Outlook and design applications like Canva.
- Strong spelling, writing, and communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and a service-oriented attitude.
