About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person and digital support to students at the Santa Fe campus.
  • Manage and follow up on academic requests such as certificates, academic histories, and transcripts.
  • Guide students through administrative processes, including enrollment and MiTec portal access.
  • Assist and orient students during course registration sessions to resolve scheduling doubts.
  • Participate in additional projects to improve user experience, such as technology, AI, design, or video tutorials.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura concluida).
  • 2+ years of experience in academic services or customer service.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and design applications like Canva.
  • Strong spelling, writing, and communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and a service-oriented attitude.
