Bilingual Store Associate (Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting wholesale and retail customers with product selection and recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow all company policies and procedures
• Build productive, trust-based relationships with customers to ensure maximum satisfaction
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Maintain store standards by stocking shelves, setting up displays, and cleaning equipment
• Perform physical tasks including pulling products from the warehouse, tinting and mixing products, and loading/unloading delivery trucks
• Maintain precise work order files and comply with inventory control procedures

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (read, write, and communicate)
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Must be willing to work scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service
• Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
