Bilingual Staffing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees in both English and Spanish
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, and recruiting platforms
• Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts
• Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to maintain and grow business partnerships
• Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks
• Resolve employee and client concerns in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to client locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or business development
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
