Bilingual Sr Program Manager - Nurse Practitioner Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Spearhead strategic direction for a multidisciplinary team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and Medical Secretaries.
• Act as a primary liaison between the clinical team and management to align clinician feedback with business objectives.
• Harmonize national clinical processes, policies, training, and operations to ensure consistency and talent retention.
• Drive operational excellence by developing evidence-based clinical protocols, conducting chart audits, and managing patient escalations.
• Introduce new processes and metrics to optimize operational efficiency and support the broader management team.
• Serve as a jurisdictional clinical practice expert, navigating regulatory environments and practitioner scopes of practice.
• Represent the clinical perspective in business meetings and client engagements to shape innovative healthcare products.

Requirements

• Primary Care Nurse Practitioner license in good standing with an affiliated regulatory body.
• Full bilingualism (French and English) with mastery in both spoken and written communication.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Proven experience in team oversight and change management.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency with IT systems, including Google Suite, Windows, and Mac OS.

• Experience working within a fast-paced, technology-driven healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead clinical projects and implement innovative clinical tools.
