About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance client-facing enablement tools, including playbooks, presentations, and job aids.
- Translate Mortgage Loan Insurance (MLI) product and policy updates into actionable messaging for client-facing teams.
- Design and deliver engaging national webinars and training sessions to build organizational capability.
- Provide train-the-trainer sessions to internal teams regarding new tools, products, and key messaging.
- Collaborate with Product, Policy, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and implementation strategies.
- Support change enablement efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives and product updates.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Training & Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in learning and development, training, or adult education.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage lending or mortgage loan insurance (MLI).
- Demonstrated experience in sales enablement, training delivery, or business development support.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with experience delivering training at a national level.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe tools for creating training materials.
- Bilingualism (English/French) with CBC language skill levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading national or enterprise-wide learning initiatives in complex environments.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
- Knowledge of change management principles and sales cycles.
- Professional certification in instructional design, adult education, project management (PMP), or coaching.
