About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive remote training for GTB products and services to Small Business, Corporate, and Commercial clients.
- Manage training schedules in coordination with department management and clients.
- Support internal partner, sales, and support teams through targeted training sessions.
- Verify client setups and entitlements to ensure seamless training delivery.
- Identify technical, operational, and product feature enhancements to improve processing efficiencies.
- Evaluate and recommend process and documentation improvements to increase departmental efficiency.
- Utilize customer feedback and training analytics to continuously improve existing programs.
Requirements
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong product knowledge to deliver effective training to diverse client segments.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for managing customer needs.
- Experience in training delivery and client support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is considered a strong asset.
