Bilingual Senior Training Officer, Training & Development

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive remote training for GTB products and services to Small Business, Corporate, and Commercial clients.
• Manage training schedules in coordination with department management and clients.
• Support internal partner, sales, and support teams through targeted training sessions.
• Verify client setups and entitlements to ensure seamless training delivery.
• Identify technical, operational, and product feature enhancements to improve processing efficiencies.
• Evaluate and recommend process and documentation improvements to increase departmental efficiency.
• Utilize customer feedback and training analytics to continuously improve existing programs.

Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong product knowledge to deliver effective training to diverse client segments.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for managing customer needs.
• Experience in training delivery and client support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is considered a strong asset.
