Bilingual Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-stakes healthcare system implementations including EMR, Health Benefits Management, and Pharmacy system deployments
• Manage project lifecycles from business case and project charter through to planning and execution
• Present actionable insights and project updates to senior leadership and executive steering committees
• Lead and mentor diverse, matrixed project teams including Business Analysts, Data Analysts, and Clinical teams
• Develop effective project communications such as infographics, briefing notes, and executive reports
• Champion standardized project management methodologies and tools to drive delivery excellence

Requirements

• Bilingual capability in English and French
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale healthcare system implementations (EMR, clinical systems, or health benefits platforms)
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet firm deadlines under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management
• Advanced training or certification in change management and implementation science
