Bilingual Seasonal Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by proactively engaging with customers and responding to their needs
• Provide exceptional customer service, including expert bra fitting assistance
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash wrap
• Maintain brand standards through merchandise replenishment, recovery, and floor-ready processing
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as markdowns, re-ticketing, and floorset execution
• Support loss prevention efforts and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

• Bilingual language skills
• Previous experience in customer service or sales
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
