About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads across calls, texts, web forms, and scheduled consultations
- Gather key case information and assess fit based on internal criteria
- Build trust with prospective clients and support lead-to-engagement conversion
- Monitor key intake metrics including response times and contact rates
- Help strengthen intake workflows, scripts, and qualification standards
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates within the CRM
- Coordinate with attorneys, legal staff, and marketing to align on qualified matters
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in sales, intake, business development, or client conversion roles
- Strong proficiency in both Spanish and English
- Experience managing consultative conversations and overcoming objections
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in personal injury, legal services, or other professional services environments
