Bilingual Sales Development Representative, SME & Growth

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through phone, email, and social media across English and French-speaking markets
• Build relationships with potential customers to understand their unique business needs and pain points
• Present innovative financial solutions and craft compelling value propositions in both English and French
• Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for Account Executives
• Help grow the sales pipeline within bilingual customer segments, specifically in Quebec and across Canada

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience
• Full fluency in both French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Proficiency in GSuite and familiarity with sales technology tools

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales
• Experience working in fast-paced, "0-1" environments or helping launch new products/regions
• Strategic, solution-oriented thinker capable of driving partnership-based conversations
• Strong analytical skills and an organized approach to workflow
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
