Bilingual Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Help guests design their homes by engaging with them and presenting various home furnishings and service options
• Build personal connections to guide customers through the sales process and convert interactions into successful sales
• Assist guests in finding the best financing options and create invoices to schedule deliveries
• Manage customer accounts through prospecting and follow-ups to build a repeat customer base
• Maintain the neatness of the showroom to ensure a welcoming customer experience
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and other key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management

Requirements

• High-School Degree from an accredited institution or GED equivalent
• Bilingual proficiency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Ability to stand and navigate large showrooms for extended periods (up to 8 hours a day)
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour-per-week schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience
• Strong relationship management and ability to influence others
• An entrepreneurial spirit and self-driven motivation
