About the role
Responsibilities
- Contact private customers who have made an online estimation on our website
- Listen to and identify the sales plans of the customers
- Negotiate with and persuade the customer to sign a mandate with one of our partner real estate agencies
- Ensure a good relationship between the real estate agency and the private customer
- Manage and maintain your portfolio of agents to ensure smooth cooperation
Requirements
- Some experience in sales
- Knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus
- Passion for telephone sales
- Eager to learn and a strong team player
- Persistent and goal-oriented
- Strong negotiation skills
