Bilingual Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Align with customer partners to sell products, quoting and negotiating pricing within guidelines
• Develop customer sales strategies to meet specific customer goals and objectives
• Process customer orders and manage overall order fill rate and on-time delivery service
• Gather and communicate market, customer, and competitive intelligence to the team
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, account management, or trading
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Proven negotiation and selling skills
• Proficiency with MS Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Valid driver's license in good standing

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales and buying experience within the protein industry (Beef, Pork, or Poultry)
• Experience building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Experience using SAP
• Experience working with order entry systems
