Responsibilities
- Pre-select candidates via telephone
- Conduct face-to-face recruitment interviews
- Assign childcare shifts
- Support nannies throughout the duration of their service
- Develop and maintain a pool of bilingual nannies
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and French
- Bac +2 degree
- Experience in recruitment (preferred)
- Experience working with children (e.g., childcare, nursery, or animation)
- Strong telephone skills and commercial mindset
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Positive team spirit and interpersonal skills
