Bilingual Raw Materials Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support the materials handling and inventory team
• Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance and development
• Oversee daily materials activities including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping support
• Ensure accurate handling and tracking of materials within systems and physical locations
• Oversee cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution
• Ensure team adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and procurement partners

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish)
• Experience in materials handling or inventory management
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Ability to work 2nd shift
• Strong understanding of inventory control and cycle counting
