About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor contact-center performance and work with supervisors to implement improvement plans
- Prepare quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Maintain all records of QA activities, including QA-identified issues
- Collaborate with Training and Compliance departments to direct QA issues for resolution
- Participate in periodic calibrations and quarterly center evaluation programs
- Ensure familiarity with all aspects of contact center quality, including professionalism and ethical standards
Requirements
- High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred)
- Experience in a QA Analyst role or similar position
- Proven experience implementing process/quality improvement tools and techniques
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
