About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor contact-center performance and work with supervisors to implement improvement plans
  • Prepare quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Maintain all records of QA activities, including QA-identified issues
  • Collaborate with Training and Compliance departments to direct QA issues for resolution
  • Participate in periodic calibrations and quarterly center evaluation programs
  • Ensure familiarity with all aspects of contact center quality, including professionalism and ethical standards

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred)
  • Experience in a QA Analyst role or similar position
  • Proven experience implementing process/quality improvement tools and techniques
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
