Responsibilities

• Support teachers through training and ongoing mentorship
• Ensure learning spaces are organized, clean, and inviting
• Manage sales and marketing efforts
• Provide curriculum support and oversight
• Build positive relationships with families, children, and staff
• Ensure compliance with health/safety guidelines, regulating agencies, and Kido standards
• Support the growth and development of the school

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Child Development Associate (CDA) OR a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years
• Working knowledge of TX Minimum Standards

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of school leadership experience
