Bilingual PP/SCM Associate

Responsibilities

• Develop production schedules to meet finished goods requirements while optimizing capacity, unit costs, and inventory levels
• Work with Sales and Operations to plan, develop, and manage forecasts to meet customer demands
• Create and monitor daily manufacturing schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products
• Coordinate planning and scheduling with sales, customer service, production, buyers, and shipping teams
• Monitor production schedules and anticipate changes due to equipment failure or resource delays
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, engineering, quality, and customer service departments to achieve common goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
• Fluency in both English and Korean
• Strong understanding of the production of complex equipment and system integration
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements, including Six Sigma Lean manufacturing
• Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate complex problems
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to perform occasional international travel
