Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from potential clients seeking legal assistance
• Conduct intake interviews for personal injury matters
• Gather details regarding accidents, injuries, medical treatment, insurance, liability, and damages
• Identify urgent matters and escalate them to the appropriate team member
• Guide potential clients through the intake and onboarding process
• Follow up with potential clients by phone, text, or email
• Accurately document all intake information in the firm’s system
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information

Requirements

• Prior personal injury intake experience required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Strong phone communication skills
• Experience discussing accidents, injuries, treatment, insurance, and liability
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly over the phone
• Strong active listening skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computers, phone systems, and case management software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm
• Experience with high-volume inbound calls
• Experience using intake, CRM, or case management software
• Spanish fluency
