Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients seeking legal assistance
• Conduct detailed intake interviews in both English and Spanish
• Gather accident, injury, treatment, insurance, and liability information
• Assess potential cases based on firm criteria and escalate urgent matters
• Guide prospective clients through the intake and onboarding process
• Accurately document client information within the firm's case management system
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure seamless onboarding

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1 year of overnight legal intake experience
• Experience working in a Personal Injury Law Firm or legal environment
• Familiarity with CRM, intake, or case management software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
