Bilingual Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process end-to-end payroll for unionized and non-unionized employees across Canada
• Audit payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Address payroll issues and act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders
• Process monthly accruals and maintain elections and benefits
• Champion process improvements and technology enhancements to optimize payroll service delivery

Requirements

• Post-Secondary Diploma
• Full-cycle payroll experience, including large volume environments
• Experience managing unionized payrolls and collective agreements
• Proficiency in MS Excel and strong analytical skills
• Bilingualism in English and French is required
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PCP Designation
• Knowledge of Dayforce or Workday
• Basic accounting knowledge and year-end compliance experience
