Responsibilities
- Meet the temporary help and training needs of a major client
- Deliver high quality service to customers and temporary employees
- Develop and retain business through outstanding customer service
- Perform administrative tasks and monitor employee attendance
- Process and assist with Workers Compensation claims
- Reconcile invoices from all vendors
- Supervise one or more On-site Staffing Specialists
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Proven leadership success in a previous managerial role
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience or 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Experience performing background checks, I-9, and E-Verify
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
