Bilingual Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse and tint/mix products to customer specifications
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain presentable assigned areas
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in making deliveries as needed
• Comply with inventory control procedures and maintain store equipment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (read, write, and communicate)
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Must be willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
