Bilingual Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• E-filing and legal document preparation including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Case file management using CasePeer and Dropbox
• Litigation and trial support including preparing exhibit lists and trial binders
• Calendar management for hearings, mediations, and depositions
• Acting as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and medical providers
• Tracking case-related expenses and coordinating with the accounting team
• Providing real-time assistance to attorneys during trials

Requirements

• 2-6 years of paralegal or litigation support experience
• Experience in plaintiff-side personal injury law preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a paralegal certificate preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CasePeer, and Dropbox
• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures
