Bilingual Lead Teacher

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences using curriculum and creativity
• Provide responsive care and individualized support in a fast-paced classroom
• Build strong relationships with children and families through daily communication
• Collaborate with teaching team to maintain a positive and inclusive environment
• Support children's social, emotional, and academic growth

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Experience teaching in a licensed preschool setting
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• CDA Certification with 5–10 years of childcare experience
• 2–3 years of Montessori experience
