Bilingual Lead PreK Teacher

Responsibilities

• Design inspiring experiences by bringing curriculum to life with hands-on learning
• Create a nurturing and well-managed classroom environment
• Partner with families through daily communication and authentic connection
• Collaborate with the teaching team to cultivate an inclusive classroom culture
• Support children's social, emotional, and academic growth

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience teaching in a licensed preschool
• At least 18 years old
• Fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• CDA certification with 5–10 years of experience in licensed childcare
• 2–3 years of experience in a Montessori program
