Bilingual Lead Infant and Toddler Teacher

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, responsive care while building strong relationships with children and families
• Support developmental milestones through engaging activities and curriculum
• Communicate with families daily via conversations, messaging, and photos
• Collaborate with teaching teams to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Experience working in a licensed preschool or childcare setting
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Legal authorization to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field
• CDA (Child Development Associate Certification)
• 2–3 years of experience in an infant/toddler classroom or Montessori school setting
