Bilingual Japanese Programmatic Trader

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring optimal performance and pacing
• Set up and optimize programmatic campaigns within DSPs
• Analyze complex datasets to make data-driven decisions to meet client goals
• Troubleshoot campaign challenges and provide client reporting
• Provide pricing, availability, and strategy recommendations for new campaigns
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to deliver custom solutions
• Use proprietary technology to create bespoke campaign setups and custom algorithms

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese (Native, N1, or N2 level) and English
• Ability to work following Japan office hours (GMT+9)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with large datasets in Excel and BI tools
• Experience with DSPs such as Xandr, DV360, or The Trade Desk preferred
• 1+ years of experience running programmatic campaigns preferred
• Based in Los Angeles

• Prior experience in programmatic advertising
• Experience with various ad servers and attribution tools
