About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide first line technical support to teammates across 300+ locations and the National Support Centre
  • Perform remote provisioning of hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot and isolate hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support established incident management procedures through the incident lifecycle
  • Proactively identify improvements and efficiencies for end-user experience

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in computer science or information technology
  • Two years of experience in a customer-facing IT service desk role
  • Two years of experience supporting end-user hardware, software, applications, and networking
  • Two years of experience supporting end-user mobile phones
  • Proficiency in Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Administrator, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Endpoint Manager
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Office Suite, Terminal Services (RDP), and Active Directory
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required
