About the role
Responsibilities
- Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences using curriculum and creativity
- Provide responsive care and individualized support in a nurturing infant classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with children and families through daily communication
- Collaborate with teaching team to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support infants’ social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Experience teaching in a licensed preschool or infant classroom setting
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- CDA Certification with 5–10 years of childcare experience
- 2–3 years of Montessori experience
