Bilingual Infant Lead Teacher

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences using curriculum and creativity
• Provide responsive care and individualized support in a nurturing infant classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with children and families through daily communication
• Collaborate with teaching team to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support infants’ social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Experience teaching in a licensed preschool or infant classroom setting
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• CDA Certification with 5–10 years of childcare experience
• 2–3 years of Montessori experience
