Responsibilities

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for hourly and salaried employees
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing needs and hiring support
  • Coach leaders on performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Handle sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Administer workers’ compensation claims and documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and audit timecards
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to plant leadership

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law (OSHA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Workers Comp)
  • Proven experience handling employee relations and investigations
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Experience supporting hourly manufacturing populations
  • Start-up or high-growth environment experience
  • Proficiency with Paylocity or similar HRIS
