Bilingual Emotional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health support and clinical expertise to a diverse, international workforce.
• Utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to deliver high-quality care.
• Manage critical incidents under pressure to meet 24-hour service level agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct therapy sessions and write technical reports in both Spanish and English.
• Navigate digital tools including Salesforce, Google Suite, and various telehealth platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a valid Professional License (Cédula Profesional).
• At least 3 years of direct clinical practice experience.
• Solid, verifiable foundation in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) for conducting sessions and technical writing.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, and digital telehealth tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multicultural sensitivity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
