Bilingual Elementary Instructional Coach

Responsibilities

• Serve as a guide, collaborator, and consultant to support teacher professional growth and instructional proficiency.
• Execute the coaching cycle, including pre-conferencing, modeling lessons, observing instruction, and post-conferencing.
• Dedicate 50% of time to Tier II and Tier III Response to Intervention (RTI) by working directly with scholars and teachers.
• Design and deliver high-quality professional development based on scholar performance data and research.
• Assist teachers in disaggregating and interpreting assessment data to plan effective, targeted instruction.
• Collaborate with other curriculum and academic coaches to develop a comprehensive coaching program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Required).
• Valid Texas teaching certificate.
• 5+ years of classroom teaching experience.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching or teacher leadership roles.
• Proven ability to analyze data and use it to inform instructional practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with research-based instructional practices and vertical/horizontal curriculum alignment.
