About the role
Responsibilities
- Carry out home sessions using Early Intervention (EI) principles tailored to the child
- Provide clinical services in Spanish for Spanish-speaking families
- Train in and conduct evaluations using tools such as the DAY-C
- Write clinical assessments and progress notes
- Participate in EI supervision sessions including case discussions and video reviews
- Manage logistics including family scheduling and group coordination
- Act as a contact person for Tri-Counties Regional Center (TCRC) service coordinators
- Attend monthly staff meetings and training sessions
- Maintain current clinical notes, progress reports, and required certifications
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working with children aged 0-3 years old
- Experience working with infants and toddlers with or at risk for developmental delays or disabilities
