Bilingual Delivery Driver Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to wholesale and retail customers safely and timely using company vehicles
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products
• Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies
• Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse and tint/mix products to customer specifications
• Load, transport, and unload items from vehicles
• Maintain the store vehicle and alert supervisors to any repair or servicing needs
• Adhere to assigned routes, time schedules, and all traffic regulations and safety procedures
• Prepare reports and other documentation related to deliveries

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and communicating)
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must be willing to work scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products
