Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Assist wholesale and retail customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and recommend products
• Build productive, trust-based relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
• Process sales transactions accurately following company policies and procedures
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Maintain precise work order files, formulas, and inventory control procedures
• Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse and tint/mix products to customer specifications
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain the visual standards of the store
• Load and unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning equipment and keeping assigned areas presentable

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and communicating)
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Must be willing to work scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service
• Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
