Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service and product recommendations to wholesale and retail customers
• Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and present appropriate solutions
• Build productive, trust-based relationships with customers
• Process sales transactions accurately following company policies and procedures
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Maintain precise work order files and product formulas
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Manage inventory by pulling products, stocking shelves, and setting up displays
• Perform physical tasks including loading/unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries as needed
• Maintain store cleanliness and equipment standards

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (read, write, and communicate)
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Must be willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service
• Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
