Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional sales service to wholesale and retail customers to ensure high satisfaction
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and recommending appropriate products
• Build productive, trust-based relationships with a diverse customer base
• Process sales transactions accurately following company policies and procedures
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Maintain precise work order files, formulas, and inventory control procedures
• Perform physical tasks including pulling products, stocking shelves, and setting up displays
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Load and unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed
• Maintain a clean and presentable store environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and communicating)
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Must be willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service
• Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
