About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist wholesale and retail customers with product recommendations, questions, and solutions
  • Process sales transactions accurately and help meet store sales goals
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Pull, stock, and organize products; set up displays and maintain store standards
  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications and support order fulfillment
  • Load and unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs on occasion
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service
  • Experience selling paint or paint-related products
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
