About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist wholesale and retail customers with product recommendations, questions, and solutions
- Process sales transactions accurately and help meet store sales goals
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Pull, stock, and organize products; set up displays and maintain store standards
- Tint and mix products to customer specifications and support order fulfillment
- Load and unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs on occasion
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service
- Experience selling paint or paint-related products
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
