Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in English
• Provide information and resolve client questions, requests, or problems
• Perform accurate data entry based on information provided by customers
• Comply with company Information Security policies and attend periodic training
• Report any potential information security incidents immediately

Requirements

• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency
• High School Diploma
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and internet browsers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Excellent customer service skills
• Complete documentation (Resume, INE, RFC, CURP, NSS, and 2 letters of recommendation)
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not required
