Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, demonstrating empathy and understanding
• Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer concerns, aiming for first-call resolution
• Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
• Strive to exceed performance targets and uphold quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced English level (verbal and written)
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Arboledas, Querétaro
• Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Call center experience is preferred
