About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents by providing information and resolving inquiries related to non-emergency municipal services
  • Handle service requests for public works, sanitation, code enforcement, and other essential city services
  • Accurately log and track service requests to ensure timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with city departments to address and resolve community concerns
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of call center experience or 2 years of customer service experience
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak)
