Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering calls and providing product information
• Respond to tolling and administration inquiries using customer records and knowledge management systems
• Identify customer needs to ensure accurate and complete information is provided
• Process required transactions via mainframe or web-based applications
• Submit concise and accurate research requests
• Maintain thorough knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology
• Communicate effectively in a warm, empathetic, and professional manner
• Adhere to all confidentiality requirements and laws regarding sensitive information

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check
• Availability to work Monday-Friday 10:15am-7:15pm and Saturday 7:45am-2:15pm
• Commitment to 100% attendance during the three to five weeks of paid training

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish
