About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Contact Center Agent and Parts Order Desk Administrator during business hours.
  • Respond to inbound calls from healthcare professionals requiring remote technical support or onsite service for Philips Healthcare products.
  • Receive, analyze, and document customer requests while tracking data to identify service patterns.
  • Monitor and process customer parts orders from the Parts Order Desk queue.
  • Schedule and dispatch Field Service Engineers for onsite service support using ServiceMax.
  • Prepare and send billable quotes and manage purchase orders from customers.
  • Provide after-hours, weekend, and statutory holiday support in Reactive Planner and Quotation Administrator roles as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, contact center support, or parts ordering.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (both written and verbal).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work an onsite schedule in Mississauga (7 AM - 3 PM) with flexible hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using CRM software such as ServiceMax, Salesforce, or SAP.
